Description
● The Deep series 900 ton pressure model has a higher pressure than the
High series 600 ton pressure model. It is precisely because the pressure
of the 600 ton pressure model is still insufficient under certain
extreme and harsh conditions that technical engineers have once again
developed and improved the pressure to launch the 900 ton pressure
model, which has achieved very satisfactory pressure effects.
● There are two target customer groups for this model. Firstly, there
are customers who have special needs to increase the pressure on the
machine, such as works with thick paper such as die-cutting gray board
paper, works with hard plastic materials such as PVC and PET, works with
products such as die-cutting jigsaw puzzles that have a lot of cutting
pieces and cutting lines, and so on. Secondly, customers who want to buy
good machines, those who have quality requirements, pay more attention
to quality and material craftsmanship, and want to buy durable machines,
providing a better choice for these customers.
● Imported main chains, main transmission bearings, PLC, frequency
converters, and various electrical switches, with excellent performance,
accurate die-cutting accuracy, and long service life.
● The body components are produced using a machining center with high
accuracy and are made of special steel materials, which can withstand
high pressure loads and have strong durability.
● Add an optional function of using an electrically controlled roller
shutter as automatic non-stop paper receiving function, which is faster
than manual functions.
●The stamping system adopts an intelligent temperature control mode,
which ensures uniform and fast heating. Constant temperature control can
enhance the stability of the stamping effect.
●The fully computerized hot foil stamping structure has foil skip
control system which is optimized for servo control, with synchronous
foil retraction and release, constant tension, and more accurate.
●Add an optional function of two waste foil collection methods: the
outer winding of the hair wheel and the inner winding of the winding.
The inner winding of the foil is more convenient, and the longitudinal
foil feeding device can be pulled out as a whole for easy operation. It
has an automatic foil pressing device to prevent scratching the foil.
