Construction of Phase III Production Base for Automatic Foil Stamping & Die Cutting Machine

With the development and growth of the enterprise and the increasing demand for high-quality automatic foil stamping machines in the market, the company continues to invest in the planning and construction of production lines. The production base put into construction in Phase III is located in Houhu Industrial Park, Yutian County, covering an area of about 30000 square meters, including processing workshop, production workshop, quality inspection workshop and standard warehouse. After the project is completed, it is expected to produce over 300 automatic foil stamping and die-cutting machines annually.

The models planned to be produced on the new production line in the future include: TMY-800H automatic foil stamping die cutting machine, TMY-880H automatic foil stamping die cutting machine, TMY-1060H automatic foil stamping die cutting machine, TMY-1320H automatic foil stamping die cutting machine.

In addition to the above standard models, we will continue to invest in research and development on hot embossing models that increase machine pressure, adhering to the enterprise development strategy of core technology being the first productivity, and investing in the production of the following heavy-pressure hot embossing function models: TMY-1060High automatic hot embossing foil stamping die cutting machine (heavy pressing hot embossing), TMY-1320Deep automatic hot embossing foil stamping die cutting machine (heavy pressing hot embossing), TMY-1500High automatic hot embossing foil stamping die cutting machine (heavy pressing hot embossing)

In addition, the most important future production model is the multi machine connected line model, which can press multiple times with feed paper once, achieving the processing and treatment of various processes such as foil stamping, hot embossing, die-cutting, and stripping in one go. It can greatly improve the production efficiency of printing factories, save time and cost, and create greater value for society.
